| Jersey Woolies are known for their friendly temperament. They come in a variety of colors and make excellent pets, 4-H projects, and are a hobby to many dedicated breeders. The Jersey Wooly, along with over 40 other breeds of rabbits, are exhibited at both local and national shows throughout the country, in much the same manner that dogs and cats are shown. Each rabbit is compared to the Standard of Perfection for it's breed, and competes against others of its own breed for BEST OF BREED (BOB) honors. | 2010 ARBA Convention The Fun Never Ends in 2010 Keeping the dream alive.... November 7-11, 2010 We just finished with the 2009 ARBA Convention time to start planning for 2010. Hosted by the Upper Midwest Rabbit & Cavy Shows in Minneapolis, Minnesota! Click here to start planning! 2010 NJWRC CONVENTION BUTTONS It Seems like we just came down from the 2009 ARBA Convention whirlwind. BUT before we know it the 2010 ARBA Convention will be here! Annually a button is designed and given to all Exhibitors attending the ARBA Convention as a keepsake. Any NJWRC Member can submit a design for the 2010 ARBA Convention that will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota this year. The button design should include: An image/graphic that relates to the ARBA Convention and/or location. The words “2010 ARBA Convention & Show”, “National Jersey Wooly Rabbit Club” and “Minneapolis, Minnesota” must be included somewhere in the design. Convention Dates, November 7-11, 2010, must also be included The finished size of the button will be 2½”. Submission can be emailed to Anne Mills at email@thistledown-farm.com. Deadline is September 1, 2010. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Anne Mills at email@thistledown-farm.com. 2011 National Jersey Wooly Show The Show will be held in conjunction with the American Fuzzy Lopp Nationals and the West Coast Class all breed show. The location is the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. The Reno Airport is access for thosw who are flying. There are lots of activities at the resort and off including night activity for those who are interested. The Pacific Coast Wooly Rabbit Club looks forward to seeing you, so don't forget to mark your calender for April 15th - 17th, 2011! 2010 Jersey Wooly Nationals Results Are In! World Series of Jersey Woolies Louisville is famous for its Louisville Slugger bat making factory. We came to Louisville this spring to see the nation's top breeders and rabbits in the World Series of Jersey Woolies! Visit the 2010 National Info. page the see the Results of a GREAT Weekend! Calling ALL Artists! We are in search of a new logo for our club! This new logo will be included on new club apparel, website, newsletter, and other marketing materials! Our goal is to unveil the new logo at Nationals and also have new apparel printed with the new logo for sale. Please sumbit all logo artwork to Amanda Pitsch, our NJWRC Secretary. M.I.A.
